Access to the affected area to learn more about your injury

The large volume of work at the UCA is a unique opportunity and can be considered imperative for the valuable data and results it generates, improving treatment and thus leading to a direct impact on the health of the patients.

To this end, the studies carried out on-site at UCA, as well as at the Advanced Biological Therapy Unit, provide a unique and practically endless source of information for the improvement of treatments and patient care.

As well as this clinical research, we are also working in the field of basic experimental research, collaborating with other centres, both national and international. The main objective of this research is to improve and find new applications for PRGF® (Plasma Rich in Growth Factors). This rigorous and continuous investigation gives added value to PRGF®, and singles it out from other protein-enriched plasma preparations.

As such, the final goal is to develop quality clinical and preclinical research which serves as a tool at the hands of society, to improve the quality of people’s lives.
